Prof. Kyongchul Kong recognized for exceptional contributions to KAIST’s global reputation by leading his team to consecutive gold medals at the Cybathlon competitions in 2020 and 2024. He also developed the ‘WalkOn Suit F1’, an innovative wearable robot providing practical assistance to individuals with complete lower-limb paralysis, demonstrating both technological excellence and significant social impact.
