□ Budget per project: 200 Million Won to 400 Million Won/year (Less than Three Projects)

□ No limit to research topics

□ Convergence between KIs is necessary

□ Priority to the National Needs (Healthcare System, Green Energy, Green Transportation, National Defense, etc.)

□ Schedule

  - March 22 (Tue): The proposal submission deadline (Operation Team for KAIST Institutes)

  - March 29 (Tue): Presentation and evaluation of the research projects

  - In April: Selection of the projects and accounts opening
