The KAIST Institute for Entertainment Engineering(KIEE) is holding a symposium in cooperation with nVidia entitled Symposium on Parallel Graphics and Computation Technology on 10-11 March 2008. The symposium will present parallelizing strategies of graphics processing units through three-dimension graphics. It will also introduce nVidia’s hardware technology as well as its highly efficient and expandable system that uses nVidia’s software CUDA, which focuses on calculation applications. KI for Entertainment Engineering and KAIST Graduate School of Culture Technology will introduce their large-scale splinter system that uses rendering on a PC cluster.
