Study of host responses to newly emerging viruses at a single-cell levels
Each virus has its own characteristics and elicits host responses in its own way. In order to respond to newly emerging and re-emerging viruses, we need to know host responses to each virus at a single-cell level. CEP performs single-cell RNA sequencing analysis using blood leukocytes obtained from patients with various viral infections.
